Sheetmetal Services

Martin Smith Services, LLC performs a variety of work related to the sheet metal, waterproofing, and roofing trades. Some of the products we fabricate include but are not limited to: gutters, downspouts, roof flashing, metal roof trim, metal building trim, stainless steel kitchen equipment, copper flashing, thru wall flashing, duct work, and hood vents just to name a few.

Roofing Services

Along with our fabrication services we also install all types of metal roofing systems, metal flashing, gutters, down spouts, make modifications to stainless steel equipment on site and do some light steel erection if necessary to facilitate our work. Because of our extensive background in the commercial and industrial roofing and sheet metal field, we specialize in the repair and maintenance of all types of metal, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and single ply roof systems. We also perform metal roof restorations utilizing the most proven elastomeric coatings available.

Building Maintenance Services

Martin Smith Services, LLC keeps an inventory of materials necessary to watertight numerous types of roofing and wall systems in the event of emergency or non-emergency repairs. Our staff is experienced in dealing with the repairs of facilities and can react safely, quickly and correctly to put your facility back in a watertight condition. We can also inspect your facilities to help you find any conditions that might leave your building vulnerable during tropical weather.
